Are you organised and reliable with a good eye for detail?
Working at PCMI as an administrative assistant you will be based in the front office, meeting and greeting the visitors to PCMI and taking them to their required destination as well as answering telephone calls.
There will be general admin duties including filing, typing, and data accessing and updating using the electronic customer based system as well as dealing with petty cash, assisting with room bookings and associated hospitality.
You will be responsible for ensuring the reception and customer service area are tidy and well presented.
