This post-holder will ensure that help is provided to families and young peoples in the most effective way to ensure that the improved outcomes are achieved, including reducing demand on statutory child protection services and other specialist services.
You will have specialist knowledge in a specific area of practice that will contribute to the Portsmouth Team Around the Worker approach within the Multi agency Teams. We are particularly interested in applicants with Adult mental health experience.
You need to hold a nationally recognised qualification such NVQ level 5 or other higher level qualification or equivalent experience
