We are looking to appoint a Preschool Assistant on a temporary contract to cover maternity leave, to start January 2020.

We are looking for someone who will encourage the children’s learning and development by creating a safe, caring, stimulating and exploratory environment, the role will include promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues. The role will also involve taking on key children within the setting.

The position includes setting up and packing away at the beginning and end of the preschool day. The candidate will need to work well in a team and deliver a high-quality child centred approach to play, learning and care.

The candidate must hold an approved, full and relevant Level 3 qualification for working in EYFS.
