Each term, we will issue two tasks through the Provider Portal.
The Forecast Task is where you to let us know which children will be accessing a funded place, and for how many hours, the following term. You will be paid for the hours you submit on the headcount task at the beginning of the term.
The Headcount Task is issued during the term to check if there have been any changes since you submitted the Forecast Task. If there are no changes, just submit the same information again to confirm this. If there are more or less children/hours than you forecast, just submit the Headcount Task to show the actual children and funded hours for that term. At the end of the term we will finalise your payment by either paying you more (if you had more children/funded hours) or invoicing you (if you had less children/funded hours).
If you submit the Headcount Task and things change again, just email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for an Amendment Task. Then you can let us know the most accurate information before the payments are finalised at the end of term.
