This weekend the D-Day museum will be free of charge Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 7pm as it's the final weekend before work to transform the museum begins.
The museum has been awarded £4million by the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) to transform how the story of D-Day is told - culminating with the 75th Anniversary in 2019.
The museum will be closed from 7pm on 12 March until Spring 2018.
You can find out more about the plans for the museum at www.ddaymuseum.co.uk
Although free of charge this weekend we would ask all visitors to give a donation of towards the Developing the D-Day Museum project.
