Please follow the government's latest coronavirus advice on Gov.UK.
Apply for free school meals if you think your child is eligible
Free school meals are being provided for all eligible children who are not attending schools.
Schools are doing this in a variety of ways, some are using the government's food voucher scheme, others are providing food parcels or a daily 'grab and go' meal. Your child's school should have confirmed details of this.
If you need any further information please contact your child's school.
If your situation has changed and you think your child may now be eligible for free school meals you can find more information and apply online.
Free school meals scam
We have been informed that some parents have received an email stating the following: ‘As schools will be closing, if you’re entitled to free school meals, please send your bank details and we’ll make sure you’re supported’. This is a scam email and is not official. If you receive any emails like this, please don't respond and delete it immediately.
