This Easter at The D-Day Story the family craft activities are inspired by the planes, tanks and landing craft that took part on 6 June 1944.

On Wednesday 1, Thursday 2, Wednesday 8 and Thursday 9 April visit The Discovery Hub and discover how they played a crucial role during the Second World War. 

There will be a number of different activities for children to make and take home.

Free with a museum admission ticket or annual pass or £3 per child if not visiting the museum.

Also on Thursday 9 April, the museum will be hosting Mini-Museum Explorers.

Come and take part in our creative session for children under 5s and their parents and carers. Join us for storytelling, songs, sensory activities, arts and crafts inspired by the museum’s collection.

Sessions are £3 per child or free with a leisure card. Book your space by calling 023 9283 4779.

From Saturday 28 March – Sunday 12 April you can complete our free Wings, Wheels and Waves Family Trail for a chance to win a prize.
