Appreciative Inquiry Sessions
Appreciative Inquiry is a way of exploring and creating change by focusing on strengths, successes and opportunities rather than problems and deficits. It encourages people to build on what already works and use those insights to shape the future.
Through these sessions, you’ll develop your Appreciative Inquiry skills, apply them to your work, and explore real-world challenges in a practical, collaborative environment.
Please note, the Practice Lab sessions are for people who have previously attended an Introduction to Appreciative Inquiry session.
To get the most from the experience, you’re encouraged to attend as many Practice Lab sessions as possible.

We will be at the Family Festival 2026 in Victoria Park on Saturday 25 July, 10am-4pm. We will have some fun activities on our stall. Come along and meet some members of our friendly team.
