- Recognise, support and empower unpaid carers in Portsmouth
- Enhance their quality of life
- Promote their health and wellbeing
- Enable them to continue their caring roles while maintaining their own independence and resilience, and,
- In line with the overall Portsmouth strategy for adult social care, help them feel recognised and valued for the contribution they make to our city.
