You can book a treatment online, and pay upfront by card.
If you need to pay another way, book a treatment via the city helpdesk on 023 9283 4251 (9am to 4pm weekdays).
You can change or cancel your appointment.
Prices
Prices (including VAT):
- standard rate – £91.72
- reduced rate – £52.99 (this rate is for customers who receive qualifying benefits including pension credit, income support, jobseekers allowance, housing benefit or Council Tax support and Universal Credit)
If you need an extra visit, you will need to pay for this during the third visit. Otherwise, when the officer leaves the property the job will be closed, and you’ll need to pay the full price to start a new treatment.
Prices for extra single visit (including VAT):
- extra single visit after third visit – £19.86 per visit
- extra single visit after third visit on a qualifying benefit – £9.92
You will need to pay the full charge upfront for all treatments which includes a £10 non-refundable callout charge should we not treat.
Please note, if you agree a pest control appointment and then miss it, you will be charged a £10 callout charge, payable to the operative on your next visit. If you then miss the second visit, your treatment will be cancelled and any refund will be subject to a second £10 callout charge.
What will pest control do
We place sticky monitoring boards to survey and carry out treatment by using gel bait.
You don’t need to do anything to prepare for our visit. However, until the infestation is under control:
- all surfaces should be cleaned before preparing food
- all food should be put away in secure containers as cockroaches carry germs.
Once we have treated the property, you can use it as normal.
