This February half term (Saturday 11 to Sunday 19 February) there will be lots of family fun activities that are included in the price of a D-Day Story museum ticket.

Get making, doing, and exploring with The D-Day Story’s exciting programme of events for all the family. Help the French Resistance get information to the Allies with Resist!, the escape room style trail, build an Airfix plane or wartime parachute model to take home, and crack the code with the Operation Spies and Lies mission.

All activities are included in the museum ticket price, other than Airfix which is £2 per child on top of the entry price. The events are suitable for those aged six and above.

All activities are drop-in and do not require booking.

Cllr Steve Pitt, Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure and Economic Development said: “The D-Day Story has once again organised some excellent events for the whole family to enjoy. These activities are in addition to the fascinating museum and it’s fantastic that almost all activities are included in the price of the museum ticket. I hope lots of families enjoy these events as part of their visit to the museum.”

There are lots of different ticket types with family packages and discounts for purchasing online.
