Events and the Events Team

The Events Team organise leisure, recreational, civic, royal and other events for the city including the Tea Dance, Remembrance Sunday Service, Live at the Bandstand programme and Mayor Making Ceremony. We also provide infrastructure for other events such as the Great South Run and Race for Life.

As well as organise events, we provide assistance and support to people who want to put on their own event. For more information about organising your own event please use the link to the right.
