Customer feedback results

The City Helpdesk is keen for you to know how we do, both good and bad, so this page gives you access to the results of the feedback we receive.   

These results have been provided by our customers calling in person to use our services at the Customer Service Centre on the ground floor of the Civic Offices and also the Reception Desk dealing with Revenues enquiries based on floor 2 of the Civic Offices.

Feedback cards are always available and we encourage people to share their experiences with us and to add comments.
