Data Protection Subject Access Rights

The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right of access to personal data that relates to you.

If you want to know the personal information held about you by PCC, please send a written request to the Data Protection Officer at the address listed below.

You should provide the information listed below.

You should send by a fee of £10 (or £5 if a Leisure card holder). Please make cheques payable to Portsmouth City Council.

We have 40 days to respond to the request.

Information required:

• Full name and any former names
• Full postal address and any former addresses
• Telephone number
• Date of Birth
• Any reference numbers given to you by PCC services
• List any specific service areas for which data is required
