Portsmouth's Local Strategic Partnership is Portsmouth's umbrella partnership.
- Along with other local authorities, we are part of the Partnership for Urban South Hampshire
- We are part of Improvement & Efficiency South East, which has a framework agreement for the procurement of construction contracts
- Our Highways and Coastal Service has a partnership agreement with Havant Borough Council for coastal defence
- Our Parking Service works with Fareham, Gosport and Havant councils in supplying and maintaining parking meters
- Our Planning Service uses archaeology consultantancy services provided by Southampton City Council
