Members' Information Service

The Members' Information Service (MIS) is published every Friday and is sent to every councillor. The MIS contains 3 parts -

• Part 1 - Decisions that have been taken by the Executive and individual Executive members; These decisions are implemented unless five councillors activate the 'call-in' for scrutiny procedure by the date and time mentioned.
• Part 2 - Proposals from Managers which they would like to implement under their delegated powers, subject to a councillors' right to have the matter referred for decision to the relevant Executive Member or regulatory committee.
• Part 3 - Items of general information and news including details of the matters discussed by policy and review panels and items to be considered at meetings in the following week.
