The plan contains matters that are likely to be the subject of a key decision (as defined in Article 13(3) of the Constitution) in the next 4 month period.
Decisions will be taken by the whole Executive or by individual Executive members on or after the date shown.
The Executive, or individual Executive Member, before reaching a decision will consider a written report, which will generally be available at least 5 clear days before the meeting. The report will be published on this site under the link on the right of this page.
Copies are also available for inspection, or may be purchased at the Civic Offices Information Desk. In addition, background papers are available at the Civic Offices, Portsmouth after the report has been published. Reports or background papers containing exempt or confidential information are not publicly available.
The public can comment by making written representations (or by e-mail) to the appropriate Lead Officer, at the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth, before the date indicated. Contact the Lead Officer if you want to know more about an item that is due for future consideration.
