Changes to parking around Fratton Park

Portsmouth City Council have taken over the traffic management and some parking functions previously done by the police around Fratton Park on match days. Predominately the restrictions remain the same although enforced in a different way. The only significant change is a ban on vehicles parking on a section of Velder Avenue by the cemetery.
