Implementing e-Government statements (IEG)

Like all local authorities and government departments, we are working towards the government set target of delivering as many of our services electronically as possible, unless there are legal or operational reasons why this cannot be done.

Our progress towards this target will be measured using the government set best value performance indicator (BVPI) 157.
