Annual Update of the Electoral Register

Each year every household in the city is sent a voter registration form in late August.  The form, 'Voter Registration Form 2009', lists those included on the electoral register and should be used to notify us of any changes to the details shown.  For example;
*any new residents
*anyone who has now moved out
*anyone who has changed their name
*anyone who has now reached 16 years of age

If you have no changes to make to the details shown on the form, you can register by freephone

Please note that you will need the security codes on your voter registration form in order to use this facility.

If you need to make any changes to the details, please complete and return the form. Before completing the form please make sure you read the notes on the back of the form.

If we do not receive a response to this form, it could result in your names being deleted from the electoral register.

If you have lost your form, please contact us on the number below for a replacement.
