Portsmouth Council of Community Services (PCCS) is a local development agency that engages with the voluntary and community sectors of Portsmouth. PCCS provides a number of services including an Information Resource Centre and meeting facilities. PCCS is also an umbrella body for the Criminal Records Bureau. PCCS hosts a number of forums including the Portsmouth Information Network and the Volunteer Managers Forum along with facilitating a range of training courses for voluntary and community organisations.Community projects based at PCCS include: Community Transport, Dial-a-Ride, Shopability and Harbourside Active Citizens Panel.
