'Out to Lunch' back again by popular demand
The highly popular ‘Out to Lunch’ series of free family events returns for another year at the City Museum and Records Office on Tuesday 29 July with Punch and Judy.
Organised every summer, the ‘Out to Lunch events have something for all ages, from circus funtime to musical tasters and craft activities. Highlights for this year include making ‘Xtreme’ falconry on Thursday 14 August, a detective mystery trail on 17 August and Millers Ark Animals on Tuesday Thursday 21 August.
Admission to all events is free and children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Out to Lunch: Seaside Peepboxes with artists Teresa and Catherine Grimaldi. Seaside scenes in mini secret worlds.

Early Years: Dr Dinosaur!
Mike Howgate explains how the experts find out about dinosaurs.
10.00am – 1.00pm
Exploring an unusual, exciting and colourful range of materials for making simple books with early years children.
