The following draft document, called the Story of Portsmouth, looks at the selection of possible priorities and indicators for the new LAA. The LAA is a three year agreement between the government, the local authority and the LSP setting out how we will deliver on the new Vision for Portsmouth. The Story of Portsmouth explains our improvement priorities for the city over the next three years.
