How to register as a service voter

If you are a member of the armed forces, or the husband, wife or registered civil partner of a service voter, you have the option to register as a service voter.  Service voter registrations are valid for a period of 3 years.

Before completing the application to vote by post, please consider that the ballot papers would be sent to you approximately 10 days before election day.  This means a limited time for the postal services to deliver this to you and then return your ballot papers back to us in time to be counted.  You may therefore prefer to nominate someone to vote on your behalf as proxy.

If you are already registered as a service voter but you have changed your service (correspondence) address, please complete the 'Change of Circumstances' form.
