Biography
Councillor David Stephen Butler was originally elected to the council and St Jude ward in 2003 and is due for re-election in 2011. He has been a councillor for Southsea Town Council's Kings Ward between 1999 and 2002 and from 2007. He is currently Chairman of the Health, Overview & Scrutiny Panel and Vice-chair of the Development Control Committee and the Policy & Review (Oversight) Panel. He has previously been Chair of the Licensing Committee.
