Biography
Councillor David Horne was elected to the council in 1988, to Paulsgrove ward in 2003 and is due for re-election in 2011. He was formerly the Chair of both the Leisure and Crime Prevention committees. He is currently the Deputy Leader and Secretary of the Labour Group.
