Biography
Councillor Eleanor Scott was elected to the council and Fratton ward in 2002 and is due for re-election in 2011. She was previously Chair of the Standards Committee in 2002/2003 and Executive Member for Education, Children & Families from 2003-2006. She was also Secretary of the Liberal Democrat Group in 2002/2003.
