I live in Villiers Road, Southsea. I’m divorced with two grown-up sons. I was a teacher before becoming a radio presenter and personal development writer. I co-founded Express FM.
Portsmouth favourites
The walk from my house down to the seafront. And I love the Historic Dockyard.
Interests
Writing, my garden, eating good food, sailing. I like the radio comedy I’m Sorry I Haven’t a Clue
