Biography

Councillor Robin Sparshatt was elected to the council and Drayton & Farlington ward in 2002 and is due for re-election in 2011. He was previously a councillor for Hilsea ward between 1991 and 1995. He was the Lord Mayor of Portsmouth in 2005/2006.
