Party spokesman on environment and community safety.

Life outside the council
I’m 55, single, and live in Hilsea. I work for Electronic Data Systems.

Portsmouth favourites
Hilsea moat and the seafront at Old Portsmouth.

Interests
I like travel programmes, Tamla Motown music, theatre and concerts. I’m a founder member of Grace Baptist Church. I enjoy travel and going to political conferences.

Challenges
To do something about the parking problems in Copnor and get more community facilities for the area.

Why I’m a councillor
To try to make sure the average taxpayer and decent citizen is properly represented and gets good value for money.
