Parks, Gardens and Open Space

The Dell, Southsea The Parks Service manage and maintain the wide variety of parks and green space that Portsmouth has to offer, from small local gardens to the larger wildlife habitats set within a historical backdrop.

Collectively, our open spaces are able to cater for the wide range of needs of residents and visitors  -  stunning bedding displays, tranquil gardens, formal and informal sports facilities, play areas and semi-natural open space  -  there’s something for everyone set within our green space.  Best of all, they are free to visit.

You can download a map and brief guide to our parks, gardens and open spaces below, or there are links to some of our sites where there is additional information on the website.
