We do not use approved lists, but subject each requirement to the tender procedure. Select lists created as result of this process become null and void at the tender award stage.
All tender adverts are currently published on a monthly basis within "The News", here on our website and/or via our e-Sourcing Solution, InTend. In many cases they may also appear within the leading trade journal for the service or product concerned. To see what tenders are currently available, use the link to the right.
In the same way that applying for a job means being short listed for an interview, we often require companies interested in a tender opportunity to be short listed to receive tender documents. Guidance on this procedure and how you can be successful is provided using the link below.
The link below relates to the return of hard copy (paper) returns only. Tenders being managed via our e-Sourcing system are subject to the guidance issued via the system, which is also available from the "e-Sourcing" link to the right.
As of January 2006 all procurement subject to EU Directives must include a Standstill Period referred to as the 'Alcatel Judgement'. We recognise this as best practice and as such are likely to adopt this approach for all our tender awards. Further information can be found by using the link below.
