Tender mailing list

Following the release of our In-Tend e-Sourcing Solution we will, as of the 31st December 2007, no longer maintain our Tender Mailing List..

Any supplier who currently benefits from receiving notification of tender opportunities are encouraged to register with In-Tend prior to this date, as are any other providers who are seeking to do business with the City Council.

It is our intention to use the database of suppliers held within In-Tend to notify the suppliers of tendering opportuntites.  However notification will only be sent out to suppliers registered against the Business Category applicable to the tender being sought. (i.e. Car Park Construction will only be sent to companies registered against this category.)   Suppliers are therefore encouraged to ensure they register themselves against all categories they feel are applicable to their business.
