• 3 February 2012 - 2011 Annual Monitoring Report has been published.
• 3 February 2012 - 2011 update to the Strategic Housing Land Availability Assessment has been published.
• 24 January 2012 - The Portsmouth Plan has been adopted and now forms part of the development plan for the city. 
• 10 January 2012 - The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) charging schedule has been approved and will commence on 1st April.
• 8 December 2011 - The Planning Committee has resolved to grant permission for three applications to develop Tipner.
