The Core Strategy, or Portsmouth Plan says what type of development we want to see and how we are going to make it happen.
Last year we asked you to tell us what the main issues were for Portsmouth and to choose one of three options for dealing with them. The "greener development" option was the most popular, so that's what this draft Portsmouth Plan is based on.
