1APP Planning Application Forms

There are two ways to summit planning application forms and pay your fees to us:
- via the national '1APP' system over the Internet or
- by completing paper forms
Online forms
Most '1APP' planning application forms are available online from the Planning Portal website. They can be completed and submitted online together with the necessary documentation and the correct fee.
Paper forms
Most '1APP' planning application forms can be downloaded from the Planning Portal website and then posted back to the address below with the necessary documentation and payments.
Alternatively paper copies of the forms are available from us.

From 6 April 2008 applications NOT on 1APP forms will be regarded as invalid.
