The benefits
The table shows some of the benefits of having increased insulation in your home - not only will you stay warm, you could even cut your heating bills.

| Gas fire and water heater, no insulation | £847 |
| Gas fire and water heater, wall and roof insulation | £783 |
| Gas central heating, wall and roof insulation | £644 |
Comparisons are based on a three bed terrace house occupied by a family of four using an average amount of gas.
