9. Alternative Investment Scenarios
In addition to the planning guideline scenario set out in Chapter 7, are number of other scenarios are set out in this chapter. These consider the expected requirements if Portsmouth is to be capable of accommodating the levels of growth suggested. Should more resources be made available to provide additional transport investment to meet future growth requirements, then targets could be re-evaluated and a larger shift towards sustainable transport beachieved.
