Somerstown & North Southsea Area Action Plan
The Somerstown and North Southsea regeneration project is a result of residents seeking to:
- change the area
- improve quality of life
- create a stronger sense of community
The local community and Design Team developed three draft regeneration options for the area, which suggest solutions to some of the issues and problems residents have identified. They are long-term solutions involving major changes to the area that could take over 10 years to deliver.
You can find links to the three options and the Area Action Plan (AAP), which also includes the Sustainability Appraisal, at the bottom of this page.
The closing date for comments was 15 December 2006.
