Granting/renewing your Private Hire Operator's Licence
Once you have completed steps 1-6 on the information page, we will be in a position to issue you your licence which will expire on 31 January annually. You must provide:- The licence fee which will be shown on the application form - cash or cheque made payable to PCC please.
- Sample signatures of those person(s) authorised to support driver or vehicle applications if not the proposed licence holders.
If the council refuses to grant/renew, suspends or revokes a Private Hire Operator's Licence you have a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court.
