Portsmouth's Local Development Scheme (LDS)
The Local Development Scheme (LDS) is the 3 year timetable and project management for the production of the LDF for Portsmouth and the Minerals and Waste LDF for Hampshire. It establishes priorities in respect of development plan documents.
It also indicates how and when the City Local Plan will be replaced by a LDF and is the starting point for finding out what the planning policies are in Portsmouth and how to get involved in the planning process.
Below is the link to Portsmouth's Local Development Scheme. There is a separate link to the timetable for producing the Local Development Documents (LDDs).
You can also look at these documents in the Civic Offices reception area.
