Portsmouth Shopping Study - Update

In 1998, consultants Colliers CRE published a Shopping Study on Portsmouth. In March 2004, they updated the study, concentrating on the need for additional retail floorspace in Portsmouth through to 2016.

Below are links to the latest update, published in July 2007. The forecast period has now been extended to 2026 to be consistent with the Local Development Framework (LDF).
