Granting / renewing your Private Hire Driver Licence

Once you have completed all the steps described in 'What information must you provide us' we will be in a position to issue your licence which will expire on 31 January annually. You must provide:

• The licence fee - this will be shown on the application form - cash, switch, debit, credit card or cheque made payable to PCC please

If we refuse to grant/renew, suspends or revokes a Private Hire Driver's Licence you have a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court.
