Granting / renewing your Private Hire Vehicle licence

Once you have completed steps 1-4 as detailed in ' What information you must provide ' we will be in a position to issue your licence which will expire on 31 January annually. You must provide the current licence fee and the plate deposit fee. The fees will be shown on the application form. You can pay by cash or cheque made payable to 'PCC' please.
If the Council refuses to grant/renew, suspends or revokes a Private Hire Vehicle Licence you have a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court.
