Granting / renewing your Hackney Carriage Driver's licence

Once you have completed steps 1-5 detailed in 'What information must you supply to us?' we will be in a position to issue your licence which will expire on 30 April annually. You must provide:

• The licence fee - this will be shown on the application form - cash, switch, debit, credit card or cheque made payable to PCC please.

If we refuse to grant/renew, suspends or revokes a Hackney Carriage Driver's Licence you have a right of appeal to the Magistrates Court.
