What information must you provide to us?
To help us consider your application we would like you to show us- That you have completed the application form fully in every respect.
- That you have identified clearly the proposed trading location you wish to use. Please provide a plan of the proposed location.
- That you can produce evidence of third party public liability insurance in the sum of £2,000,000.
- That you give us details of any other employees or persons who may assist you in your trading.
For new applications we will consult with other officers, the Police and Ward Councillors You must not trade unless your application is approved.
There is no right of appeal to the Magistrates or Crown Court if the Council refuses to grant, refuses to renew or revokes your consent.
