To compliment our pledges on working practices we will do our best to:

• Grant new street trading consents within 15 working days of receipt
• Renew an existing street trading consent within 5 working days of receipt

NOTE: At the present time there are no available pitches in Commercial Road/Arundel Street Precinct or Palmerston Road Precinct.

These guidelines  were approved by the Traffic arid Transportation Committee in March 1993. We have approval to refuse to grant, renew or to revoke a consent if we are of the opinion that your proposed trading will result in unfair competition or affect highway and/or road safety considerations.
