Other Offences

If you are convicted of:

• Carrying on as a scrap metal dealer without being registered
• Failing to keep records of dealings
• Offences of dishonesty

The convicting court may make an order (not exceeding 2 years) that any place occupied by you as a store, you must keep scrap metal for at least 72 hours and not trade between 1800-0800 hours.
WARNING
There are further penalties that the courts may impose for breaches an order made above.
