What information must you provide to us?

1. To help us maintain an up to date register of dealers in Portsmouth the 1964 Act says you must tell us (in writing) the following:
   The full name of the dealer.
2. The full residential address of the dealer.
3. The registered office of the dealer if registration is on behalf of a company.
4. The full address of each store occupied by the dealer in Portsmouth.
   Note: If in partnership with other person(s) then you must tell us of those details required in 1-4 above - please use a separate form.
   WARNING
   If you do not have any store(s) in Portsmouth then you must clearly tell us of this fact. Once registered you must tell us of any changes to the above particulars and/or tell us if you cease to carry on a business as a scrap metal dealer. It is an offence not to tell us within 28 days of any changes to our register of dealers.
   Before accepting your registration we require recent passport size colour photos of the dealer(s).
