How to contact us

If you would like to come in and see us please go to the ground floor reception in the Civic Offices, Guildhall Square. A member of staff will help you with any information or booklets you require about our services. Translation services can be arranged if you need them.

We are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and until 4pm on Friday. You can call us on 023 9283 4334 or fax us on 023 9283 4660.

1APP changes the way you submit planning applications nationwide from April 1, 2008 and you can find out more by using the link below.

We have new pre-planning application procedures in place. If you wish to submit a planning application you must comply with these requirements. Failure to do so will lead to your application being determined on the basis of the information you submit without the benefit of negotiation.
